Shipping
Free shipping on all Canadian orders.
Exchanges
One (1) exchange per order is permitted for sizing adjustments or manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping via Canada Post tracked service. We cover outbound shipping for the replacement item.
Returns
Returns are supported only as part of the one-time exchange process.
Additional exchanges or returns beyond the first are not available.
🇺🇸 United States Orders
Shipping
All U.S. orders are subject to tracked shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges
Due to customs export regulations, exchanges are not available for U.S. orders.
Returns & Reorders
Eligible items may be returned for a refund, less original customs fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Replacement items must be reordered as a new purchase.
